Delivery and Return Terms

1.1. The educational services offered through learn.taddee.com are provided electronically, and no physical delivery is involved. Access to the contracted service is granted to the BUYER upon completion of the payment, and the BUYER is informed of this via email.
1.2. Access to recorded video lessons purchased through the learn.taddee.com website is granted immediately after the successful completion of the payment process. The BUYER will receive access information and relevant details via email.
1.3. The provision of the service requires the BUYER to have made the payment in full using the methods determined by the SELLER. If the payment cannot be made for any reason or is canceled in the records of the bank/payment institution, the SELLER’s obligation to provide the service is void.
1.4. Live lessons are conducted online at the dates and times specified during the purchase. The link to join the live lessons will be sent to the BUYER’s email address or user account before the lesson starts.
1.5. If the SELLER cannot provide the service at the specified time due to force majeure events (earthquake, flood, fire, technical malfunctions, internet outage, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, the BUYER will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative date or a suitable solution will be offered.
2.1. Recorded video lessons, by their nature, are digital content and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming their order, the BUYER acknowledges and accepts this condition and cannot request a return or cancellation for such services.
2.2. Cancellation of live lessons is possible if the SELLER is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the lesson, in which case a refund will be issued. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
2.3. If a live lesson cannot be conducted due to technical issues originating from the SELLER or other reasons attributable to the SELLER, the BUYER will receive a full refund, or, at the BUYER’s preference, an alternative live lesson of the same value will be offered.
2.4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the BUYER and will be completed within 7 (seven) business days at the latest. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays.
2.5. In the event of termination of the contractual relationship for any reason, the return of printed publications or books sent to the BUYER as a gift along with the educational service will only be accepted if these products are in their original packaging and have not been used. If it is determined that the gifted publications have been used by the BUYER, the current sales price of the publications will be deducted from the refund amount.

These delivery and return conditions apply to all sales made through learn.taddee.com, and by completing their order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read and accepted all of these conditions.
