About Doğa Düzgün
Doğa Düzgün is an English teacher. She lived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for twenty years and moved back to Turkey in 2023. She studied Mass Communications at Abu Dhabi University and is now studying a degree in Communications at the University of Arizona.
While living in the UAE, she began teaching online classes at the Turkish American Association (TAA) and began teaching General English courses at different levels at the TAA in 2023.
She is also part of the Digital Platform team wherein she films online courses such as IELTS and Grammar.

About Erdinç Özbek

Erdinc Ozbek is an English for specific purposes courses specialist, digital education content creator, author, certified translator, overseas education counselor.
After working as an Overseas Education Counselor for 2 years, he currently serves as the ESP Courses Specialist of the Turkish American Association, responsible of the proficiency exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge and content creation for video based lessons.
Erdinc Ozbek completed his Bachelor’s Degree courses on Linguistics at Trakya University. He has over 10 years of experience in designing content, writing books, translating, and guiding students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.

About Tony Duane Sturtevant
Tony Sturtevant is an instructor, teacher trainer, course developer, and curriculum designer. After working as a lecturer at various universities for over 10 years, he currently work on the staff of the Turkish American Association.
Tony completed his Master’s Degree courses in Education Management at Bilkent University. He has over 20 years of experience in delivering class instruction, training educators and designing educational courses.

About Daniel Fields
Daniel Fields is an English teacher, historian, and academic mentor currently completing his PhD at Princeton University. He holds an MA degree in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University as well as an MA in Turkish Studies from Sabancı University and a BA in History from the University of Oklahoma. He first came to Turkey in 2007 to study history at Boğaziçi University as part of an undergraduate exchange program.
Daniel has taught English since 2010. He joined the Turkish – American Association in 2025 where he now teaches General English courses at various levels, facilitates conversation clubs, and collaborates with TAA’s Digital Education Platform.

About Yasemin Gözde Bayram
Yasemin Gözde Bayram is an English language instructor and academic support specialist currently working at the Turkish-American Association. She holds a BA in American Culture and Literature from Dokuz Eylül University and previously enrolled in a graduate program in Educational Management at Ankara University. Her professional focus includes communicative language teaching, cultural awareness, and the integration of 21st-century skills into language education.
Since joining the Turkish-American Association in 2022, she has taught General English courses to both adults and young learners, led conversation-based classes. Her teaching approach emphasizes learner engagement, creativity, and cross-cultural awareness. Recently, she has also contributed to the development of digital content for TAA’s education platform, preparing skill-based language exercises and themed vocabulary materials for English learners.
